Job Purpose
The primary objective of this internship is to give undergraduates experience in the practical aspects of their respective areas of study.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities: Reviewing for completeness, any payment vouchers ready for filing; Timeously filing of payment vouchers in sequence and be responsible for document archiving in Agresso Financial System; Retrieving payment vouchers for auditors, finance team and other staff upon request; Receiving and recording transactions in the Agresso financial system; Processing, making online payments and submitting to the Senior Finance Officer for review; Submitting payments to signatories for authorization and following up on urgent payment requests; Assisting in processing monthly bank reconciliations and reviewing staff acquittals regularly.

Administration Responsibilities: Assisting in all filling; General front office support; Receiving and recording incoming and outgoing calls; Assisting in stock and asset management; Participating in procurement process; Staff bookings assistance

Work/Educational Requirements

Qualifications, skills and experience
Degree in Accounting or Business Studies; Good appreciation in procurement processes; Ability to pay attention to detail; Good interpersonal and communication skills; A recent graduate with a minimum of at least 2.1-degree class.
