DUTIES • Attends to walk in clients’ queries on claims and medical aid usage. • Markets the Company’s products to walk in clients and responds to email enquiries. • Assists Agents with benefit usage, pre-authorisations and provides support to them. • Assists with pre-authorisations via email, phone calls and walk in submissions. • Assists with claims receipting and processing. • Provides general office administration.
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS • Five Ordinary Level passes including English Language. • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a similar qualification in the customer service field. • Must be very fluent in English, Ndebele and Shona. Ability to speak other languages is an added advantage. • Sound communication and interpersonal skills. • Good computer skills.
