Minimum Qualifications and Experience - National Diploma in Building Construction or Civil Engineering - NEC Class One will be an added advantage - 5"O"levels including English language and Mathematics - Two years' experience in a Local Government environment would be a distinct advantage. - Clean class 4 driver's licence will be an added advantage.
