QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE i. 5 "0" levels subjects with grade C or better including English. ii. A Degree from a recognized University in Administration, Local Goverment, Politics, Business Studies or Law. A full CIS is also acceptable. iii. At least four years post qualification experience in Middle or Senior Management in an administrative position. Local government experience is an added advantage. iv. Provide adequate social service delivery • Ensure development planning and infrastructure provision
