Title: Filing Clerk

Report To: Commodities Manager

Location:	Mutare

Purpose of the Position:

To account and maintain the records of all Commodities reports for archiving at the National Office

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Assist with the checking of files/ documents on arrival at the Mutare Office from the districts.

Produce monthly narrative and status reports in the Archive Office.

Immediately report all missing information or documents to the Commodities Manager as soon as you receive the documents from the districts/ section or as you discover it.

Filling and labeling all information/ documents of the distribution reports, warehouse, Finance, M&E, CTS and FFA documents.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Work/Educational Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

Diploma in Records Management/Business Studies or equivalent

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in record keeping preferably in an humanitarian environment

Must be computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel

Good interpersonal skills are an essential part of the job
