The Finance and Support Graduate Intern will utilise the knowledge gained from a Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar, or equivalent experience, to complete a wide range of financial administrative duties that will support the Finance Team within a global organisation.

Work/Educational Requirements

This is a varied role where you will work on a wide range of financial support tasks, including but not limited to: Preparing payment requisitions, expenses and deposit slips; Processing payments and expenses; Supporting with logistics for travel and activities; Reconciliation of accounts; Updating and maintenance of fixed asset register; Sourcing quotations for programme and office procurement; Maintain files and records, produce reports and analysis

The successful Finance and Support Services Intern will hold or be working towards a professional accounting qualification or equivalent and be able to demonstrate excellent budgeting and data analysis skills. Ideally, you will have experience of supporting financial services with an NGO.

You will be an excellent communicator and consistently strive to achieve high standards of performance, whilst contributing to the team and proposing new ideas to improve performance in the role and team.

You will be able to prioritise your workload and work in a methodical way and contribute positively to a global team.
