Position description
Human Resources Function: Support programs and country office with recruitment, contracting, renewal and termination of contracts in accordance with TNS policies and program lives; Attend to employee compensation, including payroll, taxes and all legal personnel requirements in liaison with the Finance Manager; Coordinate employee performance management system for the country in liaison with the organization’s HR function; Appraise the Country Manager, Regional and Global teams on HR issues; Create employee profiles in HR systems; Manage employee files.

Office administration: Manage the Harare office premises, including cleaning and sanitation; Take charge of the reception; Manage office stocks and consumables, including field offices.

Logistics for staff and visitors: Ensure that Fellow and international visitors Visas are processed well in advance; Hotel and travel booking for staff and visitors; Ensure that Fellows and international visitors have a handset with local number and internet access; Regional and international travel bookings for staff.

Property management: Lease agreement management; Ensure rent payments are processed as specified in agreements.

Work/Educational Requirements

- Degree or HND in Administration/HR; 
- 2- 4 Years’ experience; 
- Excellent IT skills; 
- Knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
