The position provides human resource support to the Commission KEY RESULT AREAS Participate in the recruitment, orientation and organisational exit programs for lower levels. Coordinate training and development processes for lower level staff. Human Resources Administration (payroll, monthly leave schedules and performance assessments) Employee relations (grievance processes and staff meetings)
COMPETENCIES HND in Human Resources Management or related field. 3 years related working experience Good organisational skills Good computer skills Good communication and report writing skills
