BASIC FUNCTION Reporting to the Risk Manager, the incumbent drives risk identification and awareness programs in all areas of technology operations ensuring that risk is effectively managed in accordance with the Bank's strategy and best practices. MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB • Surveillance and monitoring of the computing environment. • Assesses potential risks and vulnerability in the network and IT infrastructure and applications. • Manages the oversight of technical risk assessments. • Assists in the development of security policies and procedures. • Provides guidance on business continuity and disaster recovery program design and implementation. • Monitors data security profiles security violation and institute appropriate investigations. • Performs deep dives on IT security-related processes and systems. • Assists in the development of IT risk remediation strategies. • Develops, tracks and reports on key risk indicators (KRIs) for Information Technology. • Advises management on IT trends and technology initiatives that support them. • Develops and delivers IT risk, security awareness and training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science • Certification in Systems Security • 3 years experience in IT Audit, Cyber Security and/or IT Compliance experience. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • Excellent knowledge of International Banking policies. • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. • Commercial awareness and update individual. • High attention to detail and accuracy.
