Reporting to the Procurement Officer, the job holder will be responsible for performing a wide range of routine procurement functions in support of the Fund's procurement services to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations. 
Duties and Responsibilities: • Participating in the entire procurement cycle to include all tendering activities. • Creating purchase requisitions as peruser departments requests. • Sourcing quotations for requested goods and services. • Creating comparative schedules of received quotations. • Conversion ofrequisitions into purchase orders. • Sending approved orders to suppliers and expediting processing ofthe same. • Following up on purchase orders and contracts, monitor receipt of order confirmation or other necessary documentation. • Review with the supervisor problems and discrepancies related to assigned actions. • Assist in preparation ofProcurement Plans 

Work/Educational Requirements

Qualifications, Competencies and Work Experience:
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent. • A professional Qualification in Procurement preferable CIPS or any related qualification. • At least two years' relevant work experience. • Good knowledge of SAP. • Clean class 4 drivers' license
