VACANCY STATE REGISTERED NURSE Bulawayo Mining Company (How Mine) is currently looking for a suitably qualified, selfdriven, motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills to fill the position of State Registered Nurse. THE POSITION The overall objective of the position is to contribute as part of a team, in the provision of primary and occupational health care, educate the community on health, nutrition and disease prevention issues, prevent and control all communicable diseases. Furthermore, the role includes arriving at correct diagnosis for treatment promptly and rehabilitating chronic patients and following up on treatment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Educating the community on health, nutrition and disease prevention - Ensuring correct diagnosis, treatment promptly and rehabilitation of patients - Prescribing correct medicine/drugs for diagnosed patients' conditions - Provision of HIV/AIDS counselling and testing services - Compilation of daily reports and monthly returns
- A Diploma/Degree in Nursing - Midwifery and Family Planning - At least 2 years' experience in a clinic or mining environment - OSHEMAC would be an added advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
