Reporting to the Systems Analyst the successful candidate will design, code and modify websites, portals and API's according to the Authority's specifications. Key Outputs • Designing and maintaining web-portals and web applications that can run on all devices including mobile phones. • Performing website updates. • Development of validation and test routines and schedules to ensure the test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. • Backup website files to local directories for recovery. • Identifying and correcting issues from website clients. • Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is properly structured, is valid and compatible with browsers, devices and operating systems. • Determining user needs by analysing technical requirements. • Developing API's for integration with internal and external applications.
Qualifying Requirements • Diploma in Information Systems. • Certification in C# or ASP.Net is an added advantage • 3 Years experience . Key Competencies and Characteristics • Solid knowledge and experience in programming and web applications. • String knowledge C#, ASP.Net, HTML and CSS is an added advantage. • Good communication skills.
